Come release some stress and plan 2018!

What a better time to come relax and release stress during the busiest time of the year when you're prepping for the holidays. As the end of year approaches a lot of goals are made for the new year, and so are a lot self reflections made.
This is a great time to slow down and gift yourself with a relaxing class where you'll be able to feel present, relaxed, and enjoy some free tools to help you plan for 2018. By setting intentions for what you want, you're more likely to achieve it.

You'll also get an intro to hula dancing by Amanda Gutierrez who has over 10 years of experience. Yes!

In this workshop you'll also learn simple exercises that will help you release tension that was caused from work, a physical injury, your relationships, or if you've faced a traumatic event.

You'll have the capability of releasing deep rooted tension that is difficult to achieve with yoga or a massage. TRE (Tension, Stress, and Trauma Release Exercises) is designed to help your nervous system release tension and stress by activating your body's neurogenic tremors.

Introduction To G-Fit's classes

15 minute introduction to hula dancing by Amanda Gutierrez

1 hour class on how to release tension
15 minute introduction on how to create an essential oil scrub. Bring a glass jar if you want to take some scrub home!

A free guide on how to set & plan goals for 2018: This guide also includes ways to help you discover your passion, and learn your strengths!

- Yoga Mat
- Light blanket or shawl
- 2 small pillows (if you have tight hips)
-A small glass jar if you want to take some scrub home
- Please wear loose & comfortable pants

Who this is for:
- TRE is beneficial to everyone especially individuals with anxiety, stress, depression, chronic pain, and physical tension.

- All ages are welcome, no experience is necessary

- Individuals with physical limitations are also welcome. If you have physical limitations that will prevent you from laying on your back, please inform us in advance.

- This practice is not suitable for individuals with brain implants and not encouraged for pregnant women, all other participants are welcome.

G Fit Merced is offering their space for this workshop to help you release stress & replenish your health.
